How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once you place an order, we will send you a confirmation mail regarding the same. Once the order has been dispatched, you will be provided with the tracking number which will help you to track the order on our shipping agent’s site.

How do I know which size will fit me best?      

The size guide serves as a general guideline for helping you find your correct size fit. Please bear in mind our silhouettes do vary from a slim to oversized fitting – so please always check the description. If you have any questions regarding a fit of a garment please email customer care before purchasing

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

If in any given case, you change your mind and want to cancel your order, email us regarding the same within 24 hours of placing the order. No Cancellations will be agreed to after 24 hours.

The payment will be reversed back to you in the same mode in 5-7 working days. Write to us at contact@anjaleena.com.

RECEIVED DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS?

We try our best to deliver finished products but if you still receive defective or faulty products, let us know immediately after receiving the order. In case, you want to return the product, please write to us in details of the damage/ complaints of the order/package delivered to you.

Attach pictures for the same, after reviewing the
merchandise, we either exchange or process a full refund. Please note, we shall review the product on the basis of the details mentioned in the
customers email after receiving the order.

Shipment Method

A pick-up agent will come and collect the package. We won’t be able to proceed with your order if we receive the order in any other packaging.

We have a courier service that will facilitate your return procedure which is chargeable. Once we receive your email request for exchange, we will send you an email stating all the details and charges of the return. Refund amount won’t include shipping charges.

Since we are a made to order brand, we take 7-10 days to dispatch your order since the day of order confirmation.

Return & Exchange

Please remember we are a MADE-TO-ORDER brand which means we customise the order only for you keeping in mind your size requirements. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchange. But if you any sizing issues, we are happy to help.

We try to provide you with exact requirements asked by you but in any case, you change your mind and want to cancel the order, please do it within 24 hours of placing the order.

All the items wanting to be returned should have their original tags and should be returned in original packaging only, unwashed and in original condition.

Cost of returning the courier has to be borne by the customer solely.

Discounted items are not eligible for returns and exchange.

Wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered as a manufacturing fault.

Refund

Refunds will be initiated only in the case of damaged or faulty products.

In any case you receive a faulty product from our side, please share a picture of the same as soon as you receive the order. Once the merchandise is reviewed, you will be sent an email regarding confirmation of return and we shall initiate a refund or proceed for a replacement. If any error having to be occurred from our side, the product can be replaced or the amount will be refunded to the customer.
